What is the internet mainly used for? Many may say that the sole purpose for the use of the internet is to access porn. This might be true for some but i believe that the internet is used as just another form of advertisement. How many times are you pestered with pop ups or advertisements on the side of the site you were trying to access. Even on most porn sites advertisements can be seen. So by saying the internet is just for accessing porn would be an incorrect statement because yes while many people do use the internet to access porn it is more widely used to communicate business ideas and advertisements for new products. You can’t access any part of the internet without receiving special offers for something or seeing some kind of advertisement but you can access parts of the internet without having to look at pornography. This is the biggest reason why the internet is not used solely to access porn but for business’s to get their ideas out to the consumers.
